is the new update 1 gig? pretty intense any change notes?

It's a new deploy mechanism, going forward it should be smooth sailing. You can read the changelog by clicking the server news tab while you wait.

is there a manual download for the files, might be worth it to offer one

at 2 1/2 hours for download

Tested to confirm, the newer appearance changer is broken. Jewelry case, and the former appearance changer still working.

The TLK issue stems from nwclient opening the file, and windows putting a lock on the file for the process while the ADL attempted to update it. Placing it a higher position in the queue will remedy it going forward. To obtain it via ADL, restart the game and load back in, the ADL should then take care of it.

Is there a trick to getting the ADL working? I've shut down and restarted several times, it shows how many files need to be downloaded then just hangs there downloading nothing. I tried to download the .tlk from the link and it does not work either. Other options?

I used a light weight webserver (mongoose), I think I may build one that supports more concurrent users with faster transfer rates.

is there anywhere to read the notes aside from when updating? it doesn't seem like the server update posts are actually updated when the server is actually...you know...updated lol
