Epic Skill Focus - H or MS?

If I could take Epic Skill Focus in one or the other, but not both, which should it be? This for a ranger so my instinct says MS.
Erlendir Ravensong: Ranger, protector and guide - bio
Tasia Sphaerideion: Bounty hunter, scout and sailor - bio
Kiartan Exiled: Mercenary, exile and son of a traitor - bio
