Try downloading it from here:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/xrutg29gpqww2 ... n.CAM?dl=0

After you've downloaded the "campaign.CAM" file, put it in your "Documents > Neverwinter Nights 2 > Campaigns > BG" folder.

If you still have problems after that let us know!

Thank you for the reply but before i download it, when i click on the drop box download button it keeps asking me about my curse client. I do have an old outdated curse client i used to run my WOW add ons.

Im not afraid to update my curse client if its required i just want to make sure that the two are suppose to go hand in hand before i do anything?

I'm not sure what a curse client is? Is it a downloader client? It shouldn't affect anything in terms of the file itself.

You can also get the file from this location if you'd like:

It keeps telling me that the curse client extension is unable to open it, but im not trying to open it im trying to download it and it keeps telling me the same thing...

I dont know why it keeps linking it to curse client.

Maybe try right-clicking the file and selecting "save as?"

You're running an extension on your browser that's doing this, we support only vanilla browser functionalities. There is nothing on our end explicitly defining anything else but exposing files for user consumption. Attempt your save-as method under an incognito / private browser mode that does not have any of your extensions running.

I'm having this same problem. What is the full filename of the BG folder? Since I can't download anything after the error message, there is no BG folder in my Campaign folder. I thought that if I made one and dropped the campaign.CAM file in there, it would work, but I don't know the full name of said folder. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Create a folder in Campaign called "BG", download the campaign file into the BG directory.

I created the BG file, placed the campaign.CAM into the BG file, and I still receive the error message. Is there something else I can do?

^ Just to confirm, was it in your "Documents" folder? If you put it in your C: folder (where GOG/Steam installs the game), that's not the folder the server references.

Having this issue too, it asks for authentication on this link. Also, I believe thats the problem in the auto downloader, its not logging in to download the files, because i'm getting the same error it throws for wrong auth info on the nwn 2 client...

Is there another way to download all the files? I tried the dropbox one before but it still gives issues. In fact even the MOTD on the upper right side says it cant find the txt files with the information. There is something really wrong.

I tried on another PW to test and it was downloading fine.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks

I believe I have found the root of the issue. Are you guys region locking access to the server? I am not located in the US. Was able to access http://game.bgtscc.net:8080/ only when using a US based VPN service.

Bigger problem yet, the IP for the VPN that I use is blacklisted, so I can't even download thru that.

Is this on purpose?

Thanks
