Craft items working?

I learned Imbue Legendary Item and in an experiment I used the spell in a travelers pack. It worked!

I saw there are runes in each circle to "imbue" an item. But I don't know if it's working.

If so, can someone tell me the prices? I know to Imbue legendary costs 2.500po. How much does cost to put the enhancements?
Do I need the craft weapon and wondrous items feat?

All of those spells are part of the (yet to be released) crafting system. They will not work, you can not currently craft wonderous items or magic arms and armor, even if you have the feats.
