According to the domains listed on our forum, planning does not receive extend spell as a bonus feat. I am not sure if this is accurate or not but I'm assuming that you would want that for as many spells slots of divine power as you can get given the strength domain choice. If it is not included in our version of the planning domain you'd probably want to pick it up. I also assume that you don't mind being dispelled and are just planning on using short term in combat cleric buffs as our server has corrected the character level = caster level bug.
