Ressurection bug.

Unread post by CaelusKazaran »

Not sure if it's been reported yet or not but here lately Anytime someone revives you at a cleric or with a raise dead scroll you revive but dont leave the fugue. Which can be annoying when you are in the process of doing things in places you cant really get back to solo. So yeah dunno if its been reported or not but here ye go.

Best advise is to relog if you die, and then let anyone raise you.

(Hope that bug will get fixed ever.)

Does it also fix Myrkul failing to send you to your desired location?

Myrkul sends you to your desired location regardless now, relogging matters not. We're talking about two different things.

@Theodore Yeah it's when someone uses raise dead or takes you to a cleric that you dont get raised at the scroll use point or the cleric you just get raised in the fugue and have to talk to myrkul and he basically says "Looks like someone made a mistake you're not supposed to be here" and sends you to the farmlands.

There was an Imaskari yesterday who died and appeared at the Friendly Arm Inn, somehow, when raised. Free (unwanted) trip to the surface.

The last 3 times a character of mine has died, I've raised or resurrected them (didn't seem to matter which or if it was a spell or scroll) and the corpse disappeared, both characters got a message about the raise/Rez taking effect but then nothing. The dead character would then have to talk Myrkul and automatically go to the eastern farmlands without xp loss. So it seems it isn't returning players to their corpses at all. Is this intentional now or an interim bug while things get sorted out?
