Techsmith of Gond Question / Issue

I am relatively new to the server and I have a question about the Techsmith of Gond class. Are there any classes that will bar you from becoming a Techsmith?

I know that you can't take Ranger, Druid or have Animal Domain (which you shouldn't have anyway). However, the character I'm building can't seem to take Techsmith at all. I tried to take a Techsmith level at level 11, but it was still grayed out and would not let me select it.

Per my build, I already hit level 4 spell casting (with Master Alchemist levels) and I should have all of the required skills and feats. Do you actually need all 3 Skill Focus feats?
