so if a brightmaster and a palemaster meet do they annihilate each other?

Lets talk builds.

Bard 5 Rogue 3 Fighter 12 Brightmaster 10?

Tank extraordinaire, immune to crits and high AC leaves more time for dancing with the Light Elemental
