Couple questions:
Does arcane throw really work with blasts RTA and does it really add both physical and enchantment effect to damage?
I have lightning enchantment on my dagger but never see actual lightninng as a source of damage for my blasts. Does it get converted to magical damage or simply arcane throw does not work as intended?

Another question is about Sembian Fencing. I understand it works as a mode but what happens if I dual wield and have 5 attacks with one and 2 attacks with another hand? Would it actually give effect of 4 attacks per row with both hands or eat 5 attacks total giving +5 dex +10 BAB?

The elemental bonuses are not yet in and they'll be transformed into physical damage anyway (doing it otherwise is a pita).

Using Sembian Fencing means limiting yourself to just 2 attacks, which should be your first two main hand attacks, everything else will be sacrificied so yes +10 AB (not BAB) and + 5 DEX.

Ah so for the momment only 1d4 weapon dmg from daggers gets applied when arcane-throwing with blasts? So this damage is converted to a magic damage yes? Cause I do not see physical dmg in my log either.

Question regarding "fixing" elemental damage for arcane throw. I'm a new player here so do not get my questions as a whining or complaining about developers. Its just that I simply wish to know if this bug is present since like years and no chances to fix it anywhere near on the horizon or daggerspell mage is fairly new class and bug should probably be fixed soon?

It's 1d4 + dagger's EB at the moment, and it's damage that is just added to your damage spell, the damage type of the spell does not change.

Addition of the elemental damage from daggers on spells is easy and done but pending an update, what's more complicated is adding the on hit effects of the daggers to the spell you're already using. I may have to give up on the idea and/or push the update for just the elemental bonuses before I'm satisfied.

One more thing regarding Sembian Fencing. You may consider changing description on:

cause it suggests that skill works only with 11+ BAB and since it also counts dual-wield attacks then its still possible to get the effect on +6 BAB with Improved Two weapon fighting (4 attacks at 6 BAB) if I understood correctly.

Not exactly. TWF is not considered in the calculation so you always get those attacks in full. Can't update the forum right now (difficult to do from a cell phone), but I'll consider adding a statement about twf in the future.

Let me know how tests go. I'm close to a moment of decission whenever I want to pick this feat or not (depending on two-weapon fighting/improved twf being included in calculation)
