Observations of Some Spells

Flashburst works perfectly fine now since the last patch... The vfx is now awesome and makes a blast of light
It blind all around you.
It add a minus 4 to attack if fortitude save is failed

It doesn't apply those two to the caster anymore since my last report about it + fix team made extremely well

And was even added some time to the blind effect so caster can now take a free turn to make an action while others are blinded.

Last time I tried rince it was not targetable on opponent... Only on team mates... Not very useful as it is meant to reduce resistance to lightning...
You only benefit fire resistance...

And dry don't actually reduce your fire resistance as descriptions says plus not targetable on opponent.. It only removes the damped effect...

Well you can use it on yourself to protect against the respective element or as I like to use it for RP cleaning your clothes

but would be more useful if you had no target restrictions as you can actually get soaked by some opponents...

Plus I don't recall the description saying
Target ally
But only
Target

So the description imply you could target opponent as well
