Can't log in?

Can't log in?

For some reason when I log in it says I've been banned even though I was never contacted or told by a DM. Other players seem to know and I don't know why others know why I'm banned before even I do.

You may be using a shared key.

I was logged in yesterday and apparently there's a reason but I'm not being told.

Hello? Clicking the "click here" and log in in five minutes button didn't work. Is there any way I can get some kind of reply or response back?

Same problem here. A message pop ups and says

An error has occurred that prevents you from proceeding. Please refer to the error message above the loading bar.

what is wrong? :S havnt played for months btw.
