Build challenge from an image!

OK guys, this might be fun. I've linked an image (behind the spoiler) and it's up to you to decide what the build behind the character might be.

There are a couple of rules, because rules make everything more fun, right?!

1) the character can't be a primary spell caster (wizard, cleric, sorcerer etc) because come on, that's too obvious.
2) the gear shown in the image isn't a "dressing up" costume
3) you can choose any weapon you think the shown character might make use of.
