In all seriousness this also happened to my toon a few weeks ago in the 'Slime Covered Cave' in the Greypeak Mountains Zone. She would fully heal after repeatedly getting killed. However this was rectified after the server reset when she was directed to the Fugue to resolve some unfinished business with Myrkul.
