Not sure lore is appropriate.. but here's what I came up with for an orc specific PRC. Numbers up for debate.Bahgtru Savage
Bahgtru warriors are savage and relentless in their attacks. They scorn the use of shields and heavy armor and prefer to crush foes with their bare hands or slash them to pieces.
Requirements:
Race: Grey Orc, Half-Orc
Alignment: Any non-lawful, non-good.
Skills: Intimidate 8 ranks
Base Attack Bonus: +8
Feats: Rage, Power Attack, Toughness, Weapon Focus (Any Slashing)
Class Features:
Hit Die: d10
Base Attack Bonus: High
High Saves: Fortitude
Weapon Proficiencies: None
Armor Proficiencies: None
Skill Points: 2 + Int Modifier.
Class Skills: Listen, Intimidate, Taunt, Survival, Tumble
Class Abilities:
Level 1: Skull Crush
Level 2: Whirlwind Attack
Level 3: Call to War
Level 4: Reckless Whirlwind
Level 5: Call to War x2
Level 6: Wounding Critical
Level 7: Call to War x3
Level 8: Improved Reckless Whirlwind
Level 9: Call to War x4
Level 10: Relentless Endurance
Skull Crush: At 1st level, the Bahgtru Savage grasps the skull of its downed victims and crushes it with his bare hands gaining 1d8 + his Bahgtru Savage level in temporary hit points and fear immunity. These effects last for 1 minute per Bahgtru Savage level and can only be used while in combat. Using this ability provokes an attack of opportunity. (Basically use it after you kill the last enemy)
Whirlwind Attack: The character performs a full attack action, and makes one melee attack at full base attack bonus against each opponent within 5 ft.
Call to War: At 3rd level a Bahgtru Savage is able to signal the charge in a particularly enthralling way. The nearby allies within 15 feet gain +30% movement speed and +1 dodge AC. These bonuses last for a number of rounds equal to 5 + your Constitution Modifier. The Extend Rage feat increases the duration by 5 rounds. Initially, this ability can be used once per day at 3rd level and every odd level after that, the Bahgtru Savage gains an additional use per day.
At 5th level, your Call to War ability grants Fast Healing II.
At 7th level, your Call to War ability grants the benefits from Furious Charger and Dire Charger.
At 9th level, you Call to War ability grants bonus Strength equal to half the bonuses of Bahgtru Savage rage.
Reckless Whirlwind: Using his chosen weapon, the character performs a full attack action, and makes two melee attack at full base attack bonus against each opponent within 5 ft. This lowers characters AC by 10 for the full round.
Wounding Critical: At 6th level, when the Bahgtru Savage critically hits a creature, he inflicts wounding.
Improved Reckless Whirlwind: Using his chosen weapon, the character performs a full attack action, and makes three melee attack at full base attack bonus against each opponent within 5 ft. This lowers characters AC by 8 for the full round.
Relentless Endurance: At 10th level when you are reduced to 0 hit points or lower, you drop to 1 hit point instead. Till the end of the next round you cannot go below 1 hit point after which you immediately drop to 0 hit points and knocked unconscious.

Yes, it gets everything
In any case, an orc PRC is already in the works.

Req: Intim 8(C2W), str 21 (skull crush), toughness (RelEnd), align any evil (skull crush), WW attack feat. power attack. BAB 8. those are much more difficult reqs.

Re: Orc PRC - Bahgtru Savage
STR 21: Most orc warriors will go for high STR anyway.
Toughness: Most warrior builds are getting this from either a PRC or taking it as a feat to get Steadfast.
Whirlwind: This one is interesting as it requires getting either the precursor feats (dodge/mobility/spring attack/CE) and having 13 INT/DEX or getting whirlwind from some other PRC which will have it's own req's.
In either case, I don't think we want to make a near clone of Weapon Master, certainly not something more powerful than WM.

Re: Orc PRC - Bahgtru Savage
I like the whirlwind approach with decreased armor... Although I would drive that further.
Give it the drawback of dealing damage per enemy hit to the orc itself like 2 damage per hit.

Re: Orc PRC - Bahgtru Savage
like the idea akroma. its prolly too much.
how about something that is a 10 level prc that reqs the 2 ex rages and gives a few small perks but at the end of the progression grants both rages at the same time. that would be pretty big.

Re: Orc PRC - Bahgtru Savage
I can cut this back.. it's a foundation. The idea being off the scaling warcry from the drummer and using a low AC whirlwind with multiple attacks. At some point, it gets the endurance to stay alive
I can literally remove all the weapon master crossover and drop it's power down dramatically.
Edit: revised

Re: Orc PRC - Bahgtru Savage
I hated that so much during the forced duel in the Original Campaign.Akroma666 wrote:Relentless Endurance: At 10th level when you are reduced to 0 hit points or lower, you drop to 1 hit point instead. As for Whirlwind attack, how about just giving the Improved Whirlwind Attack at later levels?
How about the Bahgtru Savage whacks his own head to gain immunity to fear? Because either way, I would not wait to the end of combat to use it, I'd just use it on the first round.Akroma666 wrote:Skull Crush: At 1st level, the Bahgtru Savage grasps the skull of its downed victims and crushes it with his bare hands gaining 1d8 + his Bahgtru Savage level in temporary hit points and fear immunity. How about if that Call to War just gave that movement speed bonus, slight dodge AC bonus, and fear immunity for the duration? More levels would just give more uses of it.Akroma666 wrote:Call to War: At 3rd level a Bahgtru Savage is able to signal the charge in a particularly enthralling way.
