DM Lobo descend

Unread post by K'yon Oblodra »

Hey guys,

just wanted to say that it would be good if you could make an official statement if something as crucial as a DM getting uhm removed happens (lack for better words here).

I was involved in multiple of his events and also knew him from years in the past... Not overly well but he was always there when I needed something or had a question.

Would be nice if you could inform us about such officially, I for my part will miss him. He was always friendly and supportive and the events I was involved in looked promising... So yea kind of a shame and would be nice to be informed about such moves.

Thanks and best regards,

K'yon

We don't make a habit of announcing it when staff members leave staff positions because sometimes they prefer to go quietly. We do announce it when new staff join the team, but we leave it up to the individuals leaving staff positions to say their farewells if they'd like to do so. (As sometimes they prefer not to.)

That being said, if there are loose ends, please PM the DM team to explain what they are and they will likely try their best to tie them off. This might be done via PMs, though, or a very short event if there's an event at all -- most likely the campaign itself will end with the DM's departure. The other DMs do not typically take up a former DMs's plots unless they're very well documented or are part of the metaplot.
