An extra 1d4 damage is worth all the fighter bonus feats you're going to lose? That can't be worth it...elsteveo wrote:Ok I get it now.

I looked at your build with my eyes open and... You have gone for high dexterity without taking Perfect Two-Weapon Fighting. Moreover, if you go for the Dragon Warrior it will mean that you have much less feats to spare. You will have to drop some Great Dexterity feats and take others. I have been playing this guy for the last week or so and its a lot of fun.
What I am wondering is to offset the lack of damage that a dexer seems to have am I better off going Dragon warrior or some other class after 21?
Thoughts or suggestions welcomed.
As for is the 1d4 elemental damage worth it, well, it could be. It will not multiply on critical hits, but if your opponent lacks resistance it will apply and add up. After all, you are a potentially having 12 attacks per round. Additionally, Dragon Warrior gives fear immunity and Blindfight feat, not to mention bunch of skills...
Thus, if you want, I could put together a dexterity based Fighter/Tempest/Weapon Master/Dragon Warrior, but to follow that build would require a RCR. If you are still at level 15, it would send you back to level 12 or something.

Oh, and you should get some Weapon Specialization feats. Those will increase your damage a lot... Because othwerise you are bit boned against crit immune foes with DR of 10, if not much more...
Thus, instead of Dragon Warrior... I would kind of go for Rogue/Monk/Shadowdancer dip for Evasion. It opens up Expose Weakness, and though many use it for the stacking AC debuff - you will want it for its dexterity based bleeding damage... With dexterity modifier of 10, you could be dealing 50 points of bleeding damage per round even if some vampire absorbs the physical damage and is immune to critical htis.

Oh, I am blind. Improved Critical will not stack with 'keen' property from item or spell. If I were you, I would change that feat for Steadfast Determination or that Deadly Defence to get little extra damage when using Combat Expertise.
If you go to the basement of Blushing Mermaid in Baldur's Gate docks, you can purchase 'wands of keen' relatively cheaply from Tommy Shackles.

I totally agree.
No need to ever take "improved crit" feat on this server.
Toughness is also a waste in most cases as you can get it from ring slot and probably other slots too. However if you don't have any free item slots for it then it can be worth taking.
If you need any of the epic feats that require "Toughness" then you would also need to pick the feat.
