Is deadly defense an auto feat that always works with CE active or you turn it on/off??

Furthermore are you certain it works?
Maybe the feat icon is turned on, but its hard to notice that extra 1d4 dmg.

Yes, i am certain it works. I tested it on a build that could do 28 max damage + Deadly Defence. With the feat activated it did 32. So the extra damage from DD is there.

I have a question about the swashbucklers STR and CON damage on crits...does it work?

Ive heard that many things on the server are immune to such losses...

Some bosses are immune to stat/level drain abilities such as from Swashbuckler, Rogue Crippling Strike, Enervation, etc. but otherwise it works quite well.
