MFP - and Armor Optimisation feats

For MFP, which of the two works? Heavy Armor Optimization or Medium Armor Optimization?

Medium Armor Optimization, as MFP is counted as a medium armor.

I do not think we have medium armor optimization on the server though. HAO was added so people could actually make do with regular fullplate if they wanted to spare the feats. (Fighter heavy builds.)
