warlock/assassin with arcane trickster?

Would such a combination be possible?

It says that an assassins death attack counts towards the arcane tricksters qualification.

would a warlocks range touch attack (eldritch blast, or Quill Barrage) work with these two PrC's?
(for ranged sneak attack and death attack?)

Arcane trickster is only available for arcane casters, not warlocks. You could use daggerspell mage instead, but that won't add any sneak die to your ranged touch attacks.
