There seems to be a problem with the divine spell line "Reflect Pain". I've been keeping a close eye on my combat log. I can see that enemies are successfully hitting me, and I can see they then fail their save against the spell, but then they don't appear to take any damage. There's no damage reported in the combat log, nor do they appear to take any damage in combat animations or in their portrait.
Is this already a known issue? It would be great if the QC team can take a look. Thanks!

The spells had to be changed up a little, but should be working after next server update. Wiki is updated with new descriptions:

Re: Reflect Pain not damaging enemies
Thanks team for giving this attention. The BG wiki description for "Reflect Pain" and "Greater Reflect Pain" appears to be the exact same text (cut and pasted below). Am I missing something, or does the wiki need to be revised?
REFLECT PAIN
Each round the total damage the caster sustained (hit points lost) during that round is reflected back at his attacker(s). Each attacker must make a Fortitude save or take up to half the total damage the caster sustained. The damage is divided evenly between all attackers that failed their saving throw. Further, the attackers that fail their saving throw suffer a -2 penalty on their attacks against the caster for the next round.
GREATER REFLECT PAIN
Each round the total damage the caster sustained (hit points lost) during that round is reflected back at his attacker(s). Each attacker must make a Fortitude save or take up to the full total damage the caster sustained. The damage is divided evenly between all attackers that failed their saving throw. Further, the attackers that fail their saving throw suffer a -2 penalty on their attacks against the caster for the next round.

Re: Reflect Pain not damaging enemies
I figured this was another case of "user error". Thanks for getting me straightened out!
