Very sad to read that.

You are responsible for one of the best "shadowy" events I ever had the joy of being in - on any server I've played on in the last 8 years, that is. 8-)

Aside that remarkable experience all other interactions with you have been nothing but pleasant as well.

You'll be dearly missed ... ... but at least I might have the chance to stumble upon you player-side now. ;)

Sad news!

You'll be missed, and I hope you can still enjoy the server from the player-side in future!

DM creo was the best DM that is very neutral to everyone. giving fair and even chances to every players new and old alike. pretty much fixing his schedule to fill every kind and type of players request.

Giving advantages to excellent RPer, good Rper, decent Rper, and non good Rper alike. Never give more than normal items or hold out things that is unnecessary to players but still giving worthy enjoyments.

we will always wish you the best of all the days to come. and we will always miss you, be it from DM perspective, or be it as player.

I didn't get to interact with you much but the interactions I did have were always a joy. You've been very helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. You will be missed topside.

It leaves a bad taste just like it did with the removal of DM Bloodlust.

After hearing the news I felt I had to make a post about this.

As Creo said, we can not go into details. But I have no doubt the community can sense a theme here. I have always being against how the removal process works here, it is unfair to both the community on BG who are deeply connected to said DMs events, and the DM team -- who are always left as dazzed and lost as we are. I also believe it has a lot of room for abuse, which I will not get into here.

It has the reverse effect, it does not make us a strongter team, or community It weakens us, and everyone feels the effects. Although I understand what went wrong I hope this does not run darker and have Jealousy as a part of it.

This is a damned shame, and a deep wound everyone will feel for a long time to come. Creo poured his heart and soul into this server and was always working hard to promote the offical metaplot of the server. He did more work than all the DMs on this team combined and I am proud I was given the chance to DM along side him.

Creo, you are a hero to this server and will be remembered for a long time to come. Thank you so much for the time and effort you put in, I know how difficult it was for you at times but you always found a way to pull through and it was a trait I admired you for.

I'm not tied in anymore and haven't been for some time, so this was a complete surprise to me. Opposing viewpoints are valuable in any creative setting, so you will be missed. I personally enjoyed your events even though we had different philosophies and sometimes didn't see eye to eye.

Who is still a DM, you mean...?

If you're referring to the first time he stopped DMing, he stepped down.

It is indeed sad to see you go, Creo. I didn't really participate in any of your events that I remember, but people have spoken highly of you for the most part.

Unfortunately, I must also at the same time trust the judgment of the HDMs and admins in this, even if I don't know any of the details.

Probably a good time to lock down this thread, and, if any Player wishes to send Creo their best regards, let them via PMs.

And, if anyone wishes to vent against Staff, also, send the HDMs + Admins your thoughts.

Have a nice day! :)

PS— best wishes on your retirement Creo!

That seems a fairly large assumption without any posts from him...In any case it only serves to detract from Creo' s post. If you'd like to discuss general issues or concerns it deserves it's own topic or a PM to the admins and HDMs.

While I'm sure many of us would prefer to know what issues resulted in the removal of Creo, Lobo... and it would seem Hera, there are god reasons to keep details hidden en masse so as to avoid issues of what may cause backlash against individuals.

I have to admit that I didn't get to deal too much with Creo but one thing that really strikes me, is the lack of information and maybe even a bit of involvement of the community in these decisions.

Lobo was a great guy that got removed that I always enjoyed having around it seems Creo was another great DM which is shown by the posts in this thread.

The removal of a DM is really too important and painful to just be a notice one gets without any further information at least in my opinion.

Edit: The reason for a DM to be removed should be a pretty dire one and they should be allowed to talk about it if they chose to by themselves.

Wish you all the best Creo and also Lobo, hope to see you in game sometime.

I salute you for what you've done for us the players!

Best regards,

Even if I never had the pleasure of direct interaction with you, I heard alot of words of praise from many people about you as a DM. I saw how active and dedicated you were, and it is a shame that you were forced to leave the position :< I hope to see you again as a DM, to finally get a taste of your skills. :)

But for now, goodluck.

Sorry to see you go. I enjoyed the events with you.

Also was sorry to see Lobo go. But as we don't know what is going on behind the curtains, I just hope the deicisions were just.
