Re: Question about bgtscc monsters
Believe it or not Vermin might not be the worst choice. Kro's Labyrinth is great for leveling from ~12-18, maybe a bit past that up to 20 and is full of Osquip (giant rats), glow spiders and some other kind of spider (forget the type). If we are talking about mid-leveling there is not much better out there.

This has made me think, actually. Would the bonuses from having Favoured Enemy: Dragon stack with the Dragonslayer bonuses?

If you mean the damage bonus, yes they will stack... Making Jack theVermilion wrote:This has made me think, actually. Would the bonuses from having Favoured Enemy: Dragon stack with the Dragonslayer bonuses?

Re: Question about bgtscc monsters
So I finally made my ranger (on the surface) and these are the favored enemies that I've pretty much set my mind on: Undead, Giant, Outsider, Elemental and Dragon. I'm still uncertain about the last two, and about the order that I want to get them. Not knowing the last two wouldn't really be a problem per se, it's just that I might be better off picking one of the remaining favored enemies at level 5 instead of giants, since I probably wont benefit from that feat for several more levels. I'd still prefer to pick favored enemies that would benefit me both at low levels and at epic levels, similar to undead. Are there any such favored enemies that come to mind? I would really appreciate it.

You encounter ogres and hill giants in the Lion's way. So, pretty early.
