Never was a fan of that area. Maybe I'll get around to revamping it someday.

Gree are those evil. I think their CR is a bit too low of how hard they hit. Also I wouldn't mind if you just remove it.

Or just outright replace it... You know, it would be cool to have Reeshov in the game, which is somewhere under the troll hills while Philock(Rockrun ingame) is somewhere near Beregost. Or even Tellectus(which is between Beregost and Candlekeep and isn't mapped) For reference - on the Underdark map, Baldur's Gate is on the Northern tip of Throrgar. Though neither of those could replace that area.
