Owl's Insight issue after Cavestalker Changes

The NWN2 Wiki states:

The target gains an enhancement bonus to Wisdom equal to half your caster level.

Do I just have some problem on my Druid? My example:

Below is a screenshot of the natural Wisdom on Olofalcon (Druid 10 / Cavestalker 6 with 16 Caster Level).



Below is a screenshot of the Wisdom score AFTER casting Owl's Insight at CL 16 (should add +8 points to Wisdom:



With CL 16, Owl's Insight should be adding +8 Wisdom points, but added only +7. Right? So is this right actually wrong?!?

I think I might know why: with the recent changes to Cavestalker, I have full progression on this build (CL 16). However, before the update, the CL was 14 (Druid 10 + Practised Spellcaster). I think that Owl's Insight is not seeing the new CL of 16, but stuck at 14.

Possibly need a rebuild, something I questioned earlier here.
