Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
animate dead isnt broken no, it only summons a 14HD skeleton/zombie but you will get more the higher your CL: 7, 14, 21 and 28
its always been strong at lower levels being undead but it retains some usefulness in epics when you can summon more with a single cast (it acts like elemental swarm, you dont get them all at the same time)

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
I see. Only reason I thought to mention it was that access to an hour/level 14 BAB summon at CL 7 seemed to make content of comparable level rather trivial, so I was unsure if it was intentional or not. If, like you said, it was meant to be balanced more towards much higher level content, than I can see the thought behind it. My mistake! : (

Just remember being caught with undead is not great for your pcs reputation and could get him/ her banned from cities or receive other IC punishments.

Yes, being caught with the UD is perfectly fine if you are a cleric or registered with the necromancer school.

True, and I would not have called out that bit....except the screenshot shows the character is human and thus is not in the Underdark.

All-Seeing Eyes doesn't seem to be showing up in the Dismiss spell list anymore. It can be removed with the 'Remove All' button, but that removes all buffs. Resting doesn't remove it either (since it's a 24 hour effect). This effectively means you're stuck with the glowing red eyes effect unless you cast All-Seeing first in your buff order and then Remove All, before doing the rest.

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
Have been messing around a bit with Master Alchemist and have run across a couple of problems...
Master Alchemist's capstone Unrivaled Brewer feat doesn't seem to further lower brewing costs to (spell level x CL x 20) and instead has it calculated at x25 as is intended to be granted by their level 1 Master Brewer feat if the update notes are still accurate. For example, brewing a potion of Improved Mage Armor at CL 5 costs 375 (rather than 300). Unfortunately I haven't tried brewing with Master Brewer alone, so unsure if the reduction from x30 to x25 works.
I'll be PMing problem #2 to DM Team, as it is a potential exploit.

Rinse and Dry can't target players. Gaseous Form also can't target players, but does work so long as they're within the tiny circle. Also... the option to revert to your normal form seems to be missing? Unless I'm just a derp.
Edit: The fact that gaseous form can't target the player itself also means elixirs can be made but not used, as you get the message about spilling it when you try to use it, so wasting the elixir.

Disguise Other - This spell, when targeting others, still disguises the caster only.

Level 5 cleric spell Protection from Petrification can't be cast on self. area of effect is Target: target, I'm not sure what Target: target means. Is this a bug?

Disguise Self. This spell, when disguising yourself, does not disguise yourself. Except turning you into slenderman.

Re: Spell / Scroll / Feat Bugs
While on my sorcerer, my familiar wont summon all of a sudden.... had the summon out for RP, made it cast invis on itself, after the invis wore off I un-summoned it. I casted epic gate, un-summoned that, then tried to re-summon my familiar and nothing happened. Rested, tried to summon again, zilch. I've never had this happen before.
On a completely unrelated note, why does it take 1 or two minutes to log out of the forums?

There are no level 30's, only level 20's with benefits...

Uuuuh ....
I have noooo idea, try using the new "bind familiar" feat once and see if something like that still happens afterwards.
