Not likely. We had a sum of complaints from people missing out an entire month or better of the last RCR.

Me too! My new do is beautiful, even though I've had to Appearance Change my headgear due to awful clipping. :oops:

Yesss. The plan is working!

:lol: No, but we rarely offer rebuilds for cosmetic changes to the server. I don't think we've ever offered it, actually. We tend to only offer rebuilds if we change a class's core abilities or break a build with some other sort of mechanical adjustment; not if we're just introducing new content to the game.
