Poison Use Feat

Is Use Poison selectable as a general feat? If so, what are the reqs? I tried searching the wiki and the forums, but found nothing.

If it is not a general feat, is that something that might be added as a suggestion?

Seems by NWN2 default it's an Assassin/Blackguard only feat. Also it is not listed under custom changes so it's not available as general feat I fear.

So it would need to be added to the list... Why not it's basically a pure RP choice.
