have always thought that the dragonlance novels should be made into a high(er) budget movie. characters drive that story so much.

Great find, Lock!

Wouldn't it be great if the next thing in movies, similar to the superhero wave we've had the past decade, was DnD-based adventures?! :D

I'll camp out for a Die Vecna Die! film.

Was one of the best campaigns for DnD.

Didn't care much for the books, I didn't like them much. It was clear they were based on a campaign.

i loved the books that were clearly based on adventures and campaigns.

movies i want to see:
tomb of horrors (S1-4)
keep on the borderlands (B1-12)
ravenloft series could be made very frightening.

I loved the already existing D&D movies, such in depth characters, great special effects and story-wise they were just milestones in my eyes.

now. i played DnD a long time ago. when i was just a kid. me and my friends used to play casting director and put actors to the different characters from both our campaigns and the ones from the novels. think i remember wanting costner to play tanis and of course arnold to play caramon. cant remember the others. maybe tika was demi moore, but that doesnt seem right as i think tika was a ginger. maybe it was Nicole kidman.

I couldn't get through Dragonlance... :/ I got so bored :D But that comes from a person who thinks Game of Thrones is a major bore too :D
