Re: New quests in Upperdark
There is also one to find the missing scouts, I believe it ends in Kro's Lab, don't remember the numbers, you also get this from Fizzles.
Mist lake has one of the three gnomes in the back deliver soil as well, 1500xp 1000g I believe. (CR20 east of mistlake)
You are able to get the school of necromancy vampire quest, but you can't complete it, it's bugged.
These are the ones I think are new-ish.

Yes, but the Mistlake isn't Upperdark.
Ah didn't know about the scouts. Kro's labyrinth is a higher lvl area right?

Are you sure about the scouts? Talked again to Fizzlestone and he didn't give me the option.
Maybe there is a minimum level involved? The char I tried it with is lvl 8.
Ah, yes, found it. Wasn't Fizzlestone.
It's given by the Tunnelrun Captain, upstairs in the Tunnelrunner area.
Another job (without quest entry) gives you also the possibility to dwindle down kobolds in the River Rift, which is a fast way to get to the sword shard. There is another Tunnelrunner in the area who gets you back near Rockrun.
And yep Kro's Labyrinth is CR 16. So it is a bit higher than is safe for my char.
Updated first post.

Kro's is not nearly as hard as its CR suggests... infact its quite tame compared to certain other areas.

I'd say it depends on the build, don't give them ideas
