New parchment shortcode on the forums

[parchment]Hear ye hear ye!

Let it be known that from this day onward, everybody will have to opportunity to write a nice piece of parchment on the forum!

To create said parchment, you just have to place your text between the parchment tags, which you can also find in the bar at the top.

Let it also be known, that from this moment onward, the man you all knew as M a e c i u s, will from now on be known as Maecius ... Reason stated below.[/parchment]

You can place the parchment by putting your text in the following markup:

Some people were very appreciative of it, while in testing:

In light of current academic knowledge I find it utterly implausible that our Server Admin is depicted without any feathered integument.
