Clicked and waited 45 mins this morning (before work) - doesn't seem to work.

Same for me today !

For me, not realizing the forums had MOVED, clicking the "
click here" did nothing when its the wrong dang link and your not even clicking on the right page lol. Deleting my 7 bookmarks and following the instructions worked within 5 minutes and the IRC channel got a good laugh.

Emptied the browser cache, typed in the link manually, renewed the bookmarks, clicked, waited 5 mins - worked.

I am having problems to connect to the server over direct connection.

Trying with both game.bgtscc.net as well as the IP itself.
I reach the server by ping and I am able to log into other servers.

Wireshark also shows packets outgoing from my PC, router as well but I get nothing back.

I added your IP to the whitelist. You should be able to connect eventually.

My IP changes every day - sometimes more often since I play on a mobile internet.

Just tried again - fails.

I had forgotten to reset the WL system last night, those affected should be able to log in again. For the remainder, another way of obtaining the IP should be in later today.

Start the game until you can choose the server from your favourties (I always do it from the favourites since the entry is only there if you can actually access the server, therefore providing a means of knowing if you can login before clicking, waiting and seeing the "timeout" message).
Type in manually "https://bgtscc.net" in your browser.
Click on "If you can't login, click here and try again in five minutes".
Wait five minutes.
Login.

Back up briefly then down again.
