Background:

From a very young age Aramis was trained in the ways of war, by his parents who were devout followers to Tempus themselves, his mother’s line having slight trace of celestial blood which seems to have really shown itself in Aramis, his eyes a strange orange colour which radiate lightly. He seems blissfully unaware of his heritage and has little understanding of what it actually means, he considers and behaves like any human would.

Shortly after reaching adulthood both of his parents fell sick with an unknown disease, and his parents refused to die to a disease and asked his son for a single combat so they may die in battle and that way earn their place in the afterlife. As a devout follower of Tempus, Aramis understood that this was the only way left to secure his parents a place in the afterlife. First his father, then his mother, but they did not make it easy and did not hold back, they fought viciously even if their weakened state. Injuring Aramis and giving him scars that he proudly wears to this day.

Even though he understood his parents wish to die in battle, it impacted him far deeper then expect, in a moment of grief he left the wooden shack that was his home and burned it down to the ground with the bodies of his parents in it. The mental scar has left Aramis with a dullness for morality, and it slowly filled with his faith in Tempus. He craves combat and doesn’t care in what shape or form or against who, anyone dares risking a fight with him will either kill, or be killed.


Goals: Be rewarded by Tempus, Knighthood, Marriage to a noble lady to create his own noble house serving under a count/duke/king.

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts:
1. He knows little of his celestial traces, this could come into play later.
2. Serving Tempus is a two edged blade, Tempus cares for battle, not for the devout. He is as likely to watch you die as he is to watch you kill people.
3. He will only kill those who fight back, without combat there is no glory for Tempus. However fight back as an inexperienced fighter and you will not be shown any quarter. Combat is combat, and honours Tempus even if you die after the second hit.
