I found this.

Apparently it's possible mechanics-wise to retrain your existing class levels, I think one could use this as a means to justify crazier RCRs.

This even includes pulling a full Hoihe.

For its "How much fan fiction is that?"

It's an official Wizards sourcebook/Supplemental, and we use it on BGTSCC (Knight/Man At Arms class)
