Gift of the Deity
Type of Feat: Class Ability
Prerequisites: Hierophant 9
Specifics: Your visage of the deity line of spells are now automatically empowered by your deity.
Use: Automatic

Does the 'Hierophant 9' requirement mean that, as long as one has the required number of Hierophant levels (i.e. 9), the feat can be taken as a regular feat rather than merely as a Hierophant-specific even-lvl bonus feat? If so, does the feat have to be taken on a Hierophant level (in this case the 9th)? And does this logic also apply to the other Hierophant-specific feats?

It means you can take this feat at hierophant level 10. Only from the hierohant bonus feats. It cannot be taken as a regular feat

In line with that specific feat. What does that do actually. I looked around but haven't found anything to fully explain what empowered means in terms of numbers

+50% to all effects, it's just the empower metamagic.
