Yes. It is not black or white. Yes 100rcr or no 100rcr. There could be a grey which could mean something different than yes or no but deemed sufficient to parties involved.

RE: OP,
Should the full RCR be implemented it'll be announced clarifying definitive availability. Consider all else speculation.

Re: When does that RcR 100% period hit?
Many tanks go out of there way to get evasion due to the overwhelming amount of reflex saves on this server, some of which should not even have one (hill giant rocks).
Don't get me wrong it's a good change (Mithril Medium Armor might actually be useful) but to do it without a 100% RCR is absurd. Also how would this effect feats associated with Evasion? Does the game think you don't have the feat at all or can you still get Perfect Dodge, etc?

Re: When does that RcR 100% period hit?
To be honest I was also told by one of the DM-s that was dealing with my RCR request that 100% RCR will happen soon and since then I was building 2 of my chars way more careless I'd normally do by "testing" and being sure that if something turns wrong I'll be able to change it.
Say what you want but at this point don't be suprised players are angry at something that was presented to them as certain.

We're going to leave it at this for the moment. There has been talk of a 100% RCR period, but that wasn't definitive yet. It was just a heads-up for the community to keep everybody informed. However, the story seems to have gotten it's own life.Aspect of Sorrow wrote:RE: OP,

Please keep your eyes on the forums. The changes, as well as a possible RCR period will be announced ahead of time.
