Doesn't seem to have a save. also resting seems to undo the spell. Haven't tested it on bosses but could be potentially broken....

Target can right click and dismiss the shape.

Sounds like you cast it on a friendly target, if so there are, logically, no saves.

It lets the target Return to Original Form by the rightclick menu, even when hostile.

Its supposted to have two saves and only be castable on hostile. Polymoph should be castable on allies.

Well as for hostile saves, no one has failed to turn anyone into anything so far and there are no saves in the log.
