Chests and lootable things didn't reset?

Since the server went down, I thought to post this.

After the last server reset/crash (I was back in the Nexus) and went to the mines to gather ore for the quest. The chests didn't reset but said I had already looted them and although I already had 3 of the ores from a previous trip, all the ore carts let me gather again. I didn't make it to the last one (to see the quest complete) before it crashed again but since that's not normal I thought to post.

Chests and other lootables are not related to server reset anymore. They are a set time and persist between resets.

You won't be able to loot chests or bones or crates again until 6 hours have passed no matter how many resets now.
