That one would need a fair bit of work to be done and would be heavily changed. We don't have consecrate spell metamagic nor purify one and a bunch of feats from the exalted book would need to be done. It's quite unlikely this one will be done, sorry lockon.

Couldn't we just do something like the dragon pact arcane spells that are currently available? As I understand it from the spell descriptions, these spells get a power up if a character takes the dragon heritage feat and additional pact feats once they're implemented. The difference would be that these "exalted" arcane spells will require the character to have the appropriate feat in order to work at all, maybe True Believer? Otherwise the exalted spell will always fizzle. You can also make it so they can't be written into a scroll, crafted into a wand, and fizzle should a wizard try to cast it. You have to make sure to include a note in the spell description so a wizard doesn't take it by accident.
