Having purchased a key, I went up to the rooms in the FAI. I get the message that "You cannot use this skill". I have 0 ranks in open lock. This applies to all the rooms on that floor.

Right click on the door and select the option to open it from the menu. This is how all locked doors work when you have 0 points in open lock.

Goes to show how many PCs I have w/o open lock...
