Underdark XP Guide

Is there a guide or reference how Underdark players can gain experience through Quests, RP, and Grinding? Particularly for a level 1 wizard.

Getting the first level of an ECl+2 race is a pain. (i just did it )
If you have any lv3 toon to RCR that would save you a lot of time.

Riverrift is now in the Upperdark.

Oghrann has seen a boost in CR and there is a new area west of Mist Lake. CR 20 I think, but the boss there is CR 30.

Also check the Upperdark for new quests and areas. Easier to grind at the pertinent levels, sometimes.
