Yesterday I found a +4 shortsword with 1d4 electrical damage and haste (10) 1x a day. It was named something like Sword of Quickness +4. It was in my inventory between those repeated server resets but it's gone now.
And I've been missing mithral scale-mail with +2 constitution since that big update/KEMO storage tweaking.
I'm more concerned about the sword. How can I get these back?

if you have a screenshot of the items, its very easy to get it back.
send the screenshot to DM team and they will refund you the items in game.
if not, its quite difficult to ask them to check the log when you have the item.
