Can't login with old login

Hihi

I have a new copy of game from GOG. I can make new accounts and login but with old account i get booted (happens on other servers too)

Your CD key needs to be the same for your old account. Accounts are tied to CD keys.

PM Admin and they can help you out.

I'm having the exact same issue. New GoG version, old account. Is finding my old CD keys the only way to log back in with my old account?
