Does anyone know which Energy Immunity(sorcerer/wiz 7th) is the safe one to choose when leveling up? There's two of them to choose from(due to some borkage from AM or some such)...

It's -probably- the first one, it's really impossible to tell it from the game GUI.

I chose the first one and didn't have any custom GUI pop up. So far, so good. If something blows up later I'll post again.

... uh oh. So, upon casting energy immunity, there was no drop down selection, and a GUI did pop up with the immunity selections when cast on my summon. This probably means the first selection in the level up screen isn't the right one... unless the original spell has been changed somehow.

Counterspelling is not using up spell slots.

It appears I can counterspell indefinitely, no spells can hit my character. Not even Arcane Fire.
Or a Ninth level Bigby's spell, despite having 0 spell slots in that level.

The wiki states that Master of Counterspelling should not work on AoEs, but the in-game feat makes no such mention. It does work on AoE spells, as long as they hit my character.

Which is...kinda broken..to say the least.
(This is using Improved, Reactive, Epic Counterspell as a sorcerer.)


Also, epic counterspell was available to pick despite my spellcraft skill ranks being lower than 30.

Weasels have been banned from the summon II- IX list due to a wish from Asmodeus himself.

Apparently these small animals managed to kill some of his greater devils with just 1 cm long teeths.

The warlock spell Devour Magic seems broken. My caster level is above 20 but I could not dispel Enlarge Person from the belt of growth on many tries, though that should be CL 5 only. Couldn't dispel shield from scroll/wand either. All I seem able to dispel is area of effects.

Yeah I looked it up, should be fixed for next update, it compiled but did nothing so it wasn't noticed.

Casting Ice Darts sets up a "Spell Failure" so if you try to chain cast.. your next spell will fail.

I.e. Ice Dart, then click Magic Missile. Magic Missile will fail.

Duplicated on another caster character, completely different build.

sorry to interrupt. Maddy Thunderkeg account name "Neon Avenger"(if i recall it correctly) used to be able to make spiderskin wand for Krueger. i dont know how but its viable during that time. maybe even available now.
