Thank you for the estimation, in terms of it being not enchanted are there ways to enchant it perhaps to personal or customer requirements? If so what might the costs be of such a thing?

Enchanting is not implemented on this server. Unless you earn a DM reward over the course of heavy involvement in the meta-plot the only way to get enchanted MFP is to find one. (Only way to get enchanted anything, is to find it).
