Make it rain less!
I don't think this one requires a lot of explaining. The coast feels soaked!

Re: Make it rain less!
The Sword Coast in general may probably have less rain I agree, when it come to the city of Baldur's Gate however out of the lore section:
Everything is of stone and is usually wet with either rain, sleet, or fog, depending on the time of day and season. This makes the streets slippery, makes the musk and mushrooms Baldurians grow in their cellars flourish, keeps the flowers and plants that are grown in hanging baskets everywhere green -- and makes mildew and mold a constant problem. If it afflicts you, see Halbazzer Drin on Stormshore Street.
Id say the city need more rain and fog.
/M
Edit: and more reflex save spots!

Finally, someone else thought of this.
Also, what about snow and such!? I've still got that crown from last year. I want another!

Couldn't agree more. I live in a rainy city yet it rains more often in game than outside. Rather depressing!

There is a bit too much rain, yes. A lesser amount would be nice. I've more or less ceased to RP it raining because it rains so many times during an outside RP session.

Re: Make it rain less!
I have no idea if it's possible to mess with the weather system, but if it is here is something I would like to see.
First establish a Base Percent for each season:
Spring: 50%
Summer: 20%
Fall: 40%
Winter: 30% (Snow more often then rain, if possible)
Then, in a given reset apply a modifier between +/- 5 up to +/- 40, to account for a given day having up to 90% chance of rain (spring) or as little as zero percent (Summer/Fall/Winter) with lots of potential in between.
Finally, each hour provide an additional modifier of +/- 1-15%, thus one hour you may have a 100% chance it will rain while another it might be reduced.
In my opinion this would give us occasional days (server resets) where it rains near constantly or even constantly, but depending on season it's possible to get a full reset with no rain at all.
Again, no idea if possible and if so no idea how difficult to implement, but I think it would be a cool way to handle it.
