Are we allowed to kill summons on sight then? If so, I will take care of the problem for all of you.

Btw, this reminds me... I've seen a couple of players summon something and then log off while somehow leaving the summon in the server. On one of the occasions it even started attacking a guard at the FAI. My mage nearly got blamed for it lol, but fortunately Nedrin keeps dismissal on-hand so both times it was simple enough to dispatch the bothersome strays. :P

That's a change instituted by Nachti meant to help casters who might accidentally crash or whatever. For a short period (~2-5 mins or something) you can log back in and regain control of your summon. They will automatically timeout if the summoner does not return in the set period.
