ETA on storage fix?

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere but I couldn't find anything posted recently. I am wondering how long it will be until storage is fixed or replaced? As someone who plays a lower strength character I am very limited in what I can carry so all the RP items, epic loot, and nifty trinkets have started to take their toll. Maybe if it will take a lot longer it might be possible to reopen storage for a week or something?

If QC doesn't find issues with it, we will flip the switch and open it for everyone. Pack horses will most likely follow in same update.

Can you just take stuff out? And not put anything in, cause it seems to be working for me...

I saw stuff about storage and horses in the 10/19/17 change logs, but the storage still has no deposit option and I don't see any horse merchants.

Am I missing something?
