Xvart shaman slow spell

Unsure what spell the xvart shamans throw out, but it grows wrigglies on the ground. Forces the character to make reflex save or be permanently slowed (until rest).
Is that spell working correctly?

Yep, it's working correctly. The spell is Spike Growth. Fail the reflex save and you're slowed by 10% until you rest, 24 game hours pass or someone casts Freedom of Movement on you.
