Welcome New ADM's - DM Scuba and DM Stargazer

Please welcome our last two ADM's for this round -- DM Scuba and DM Stargazer!

They are also experienced players who know their way around the server, and should make great DM's!

Be nice to them while they learn the ropes, especially as they learn their way around the DM Client. They might need a little time to figure out how not to do things like crash the server, TPK, jump every player on the server to the same position, and avoid the lag demon!
