Old appearance changer broke my AC

So this +1 dex cloth armor keeps subtracting my AC by 1 or 2 some how using the app. changer on anything even besides the armor. I got down to -63 AC last night just for fun but I logged back in after reset and the AC is still broken. Related pictures:

it's probably related to your boots, what are these ?

Those boots are +1 slashing AC and +1 wisdom. Quite certain the +1 dex armor is culprit.

It's the boots - all boots with specific AC like +1 slashing have this issue.
Each time you reequip them the AC gets subtracted (and that happens with each appearance cycleing)
